Season’s Bounty is the one-woman, multi award winning business of Ali Wilder, making wonderful preserves from her home kitchen in the fine city of Norwich.
Each batch of marmalade that is made is cut up by hand – no chopping machines or processors involved. All preserves are cooked in traditional open pans. Then, potted and labelled by hand
Using as much local and seasonal fruit and veg for Ali’s many and varied recipes is of huge importance. Some soft fruit and vegetables are grown on her and her husband’s much loved allotment. Much is foraged amongst the fields and hedgerows of the beautiful Norfolk countryside. The rest is sourced from local wholesalers and growers. The Seville oranges and Sicilian blood oranges are organically grown.
